Celebrate the 10th anniversary of Stonewall National Monument with an experience that showcases Stonewall's historic legacy of LGBTQ+ visibility and activism.

The Answer

Landing Gear created Step Into Stonewall, an AI-powered portrait experience that transformed visitors from observers into participants. Using pose recognition and generative AI, guests recreated the poses of figures in George Segal's iconic Gay Liberation sculpture — then saw themselves placed directly into the monument.

Each guest received a personalized portrait designed to be instantly shared, extending the experience beyond Christopher Park and into social feeds.
