JCPenney needed a fresh approach to drive traffic during the holiday season.

The Answer

Landing Gear created a VR Xmas Experience that used Facebook to seed the idea of visiting Santa at the North Pole instead of waiting for him to come to you. We then set up real world portals at JCPenney stores across the country featuring crowd sourced gamified virtual reality trips to the North Pole.
